NEW STUDENTS WELCOME!

• Congratulations on making the decision to dance with us!

• Please arrive 15 to 10 minutes prior to class time.

• Wear comfortable, light clothing. You can dance in any type of dance shoe/sneaker.  Barefoot dancing not recommended as we swivel and jump frequently.

• We recommend wearing a hip coin belt for hip movement awareness and isolation. You can bring your own or purchase one from us. 

• Bring water and a towel. You will be sparkling in sweat!

• Unless indicated , our classes are 60 minutes long.

• We ask that all our students behave in a kind and respectful way at all times.
